Mikah did a good fixing a leak from the tube Kalins installed when they installed a new furnace and a/c system a few years ago. The only complaint I have about Mikah is...after he unhooked the leaking tube, he went out to the Kalins van and was talking to his supervisor, which is ok, but he left water dripping onto the carpet from a different tube. I grabbed a T-shirt I had nearby to put on the floor, to catch the water drops. When I mentioned it to him, he said "that's ok, it's just a small drip". But it wasn't just a small drip...they were big drops of water, dripping quickly, not slow drips. The carpet was already wet, but was making it more wet. Other than that, he did a great job and I'm happy with his work.
