Caleb Emerson was the Technician from Kalin's that came to our home yesterday's, 01.17.25.He came on time, very polite called me Ma'am 🤗.He even called my contact number 30 minutes before our appointment, told me he's on his way. I really appreciate that. We've been with Kalin's from the time my Husband Bill & I bought our home over 30 years ago.When Caleb was done inspecting/maintaining our Central Furnace, he showed me what he's diagnostics results were. Explained it so clearly, that there's no charge as we've been signed up with their Comfort Club's over 5-6 years or longer.Caleb asked me if I have any questions at all, of course - there's none. I wanted to express my gratitude to Bruce Kalin and service technician Aaron Newton for the excellent service in repairing the humidifier on our HVAC system which was leaking on our basement floor. Aaron made the necessary repairs. Kalin employs the only the best service techs in the business. Bruce Kalin has continued operating a family business from his grandfather and father. Trevor listened to my description of our heat pump’s sounds and did a THOROUGH review of it physically and also went over the computer ‘trouble log’ connected to the thermostat ( can you call those minicomputers we use to set our temps/times with ‘thermostats’ anymore? ). After finding no issues with the heat pump, he tried to figure out the compression issue messages that occurred repeatedly- narrowed our problem down 4 dogs that shed and living on country roads and farmland…the filter I changed 4-6 weeks ago was thick with all that air can carry . Now looking to experiment with weekly checks on the filter to see how fast it really ‘gunks’ up. THANK YOU for your diligence and super kindness , putting up with all the voca, four legged ‘helpers’!

He explained the price asked us if we wanted to proceed and fixed it fast!!! He didn’t just fix it an then tell us later. Great communication to the customers!!! He recommended the right people to come in and look at our system since it’s 20 plus years old and explained that it’s best to replace the whole thing at once since the pricing of everything going up on parts, you’d paid more in parts probably then in just getting a whole new system. They’ve worked on a few of our trailers an have not once tried to tell us or upcharge at all!!! Highly recommended Kalin’s!!! Amazing job!!! Great communication!!!

Tyler Beiser with Kalins came out to my house for a service call on a outdoor temperature sensor, while here he exceeded more than just replacing the sensor. He did a complete diagnostics of the furnace and heat pump , worked on making sure my humidifier was in working order also. Tyler is very knowledgeable in his field, and takes time to explain everything in detail about the working order of the system. Most of all he very genuine and caring to make sure that your family is ready for the upcoming winter.
