Mother board crashed on my newer unit I purchased in 2024. HVAC technician Fernando was very helpful in explaining the issue and was here for close to 5 hours staying until the job was complete. Very friendly & professional!
Excelant job, on time, wore shoe protection for my floors, friendly, mild mannered young man. I was able to read his writing on the invoice when the job was finished.
