Kalins in Vermillion is excellent! They came to do a house call for me the same day I called and Jacob took care of my faulty fireplace easily! Cleaned it too so now it’s functional and beautiful. Jacob was professional and kind! Great company, great service, great experience all-around.
Micah Nettleton serviced both my furnace and AC. He explained everything to me as he was doing it. A very courteous , polite, sweet young man. ( I hope I don't embarrass him, but he was!) I'm confident that my AC and furnace will be working well as the cold weather approaches. Thank you Micah!
Outstanding service. Our service technician, Fernando, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up everything before he left. His attention to detail was outstanding.
I have a service contract ,Mason showed up on time.Took care of my concerns about possible carbon monoxide.Checked the area, all systems were functioning well.Educated me on the units I have ,how old they were , what to look for et cetera. I've been using Kalins for over 30 years that tells you about my happiness with them.
5/11 just a spring check up, but this guy didn't check that we just had a service call less than 3 weeks ago and changed our filter AGAIN and charged us for another filter.
We do the yearly maintenance plan pay every month a little. And then they come out to check the air conditioner before the summer and the furnace before winter. They always let us know the condition of the furnace, the air conditioner's new. Been with Kalins since Sid was selling them.
