Needed to replace the old worn out wall air conditioner in our lake house so called Kalins. We love our new Lennox mini-split. Next couple of weeks will be in the 90’s and I am not worried. The house is cooled and efficient, plus we can start it before we leave for the lake with our phone! Shout out to Trevin and Neil for the great install!

From the beginning of our work with them, as Jordan Smith came to investigate our cooling issue, and Josh Alcorn coordinated the purchase of a new A/C and furnace, I knew Kalins was a good choice to work with. These gentlemen answered all my questions, and fully explained the process for this home repair. The scheduling and financing processes were smooth, and we were able to get things going quickly, even with a holiday week approaching.
On installation day, Will and Dylan did a great job with moving our water heater to make room for our new unit, and got us all set up on needed tech for monitoring. Anthony Palma was helpful in explaining our new thermostat, and Chris did quality work getting our HVAC system going! Throughout the whole process, the Kalins team was pleasant, professional, efficient, and helpful. We look forward to working with them in the future!
Brady and Max did an excellent job installing our new system. They explained the complicated looking thermostat very well. We were very happy with the service. They even went above and beyond and brought the old water heater up out of the basement for us. That is something we appreciate very much. I highly recommend Kaylins for all your HVAC needs.
