Mikah Nettleton was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed our AC issue & fixed it quickly. He gave great advice on vents in the house, fan running when AC is off and thermostat strategy. I would highly recommend Kalins indoor comfort for HVAC maintenance & repair.
Quick response to fix my AC during a heatwave! Tyler was knowledgeable and efficient too. These guys are always our first call during heating or cooling issues 🙂
Kalins tech Bill, that came out to help us figure out what why our AC unit was freezing up was amazing, honest, polite & very thorough. He explained everything to myself to where I understood what the issues were ( because there were a few ) then at the end he explained everything again to my husband when we called him because he was at work. He gave us his honest opinion. Told us what all of our options were. He let us know they could do what we had originally called them to come out to do but that wouldn't be fixing the problem. My husband and I really appreciated his honesty and valued his opinion. Have an appointment tomorrow for a long term fix. ( Replacing the unit/ furnace) Thank you Bill and Thank you Kalin's!
