We just had another great experience with Kalins Indoor Comfort. Our aged air conditioner quite working at the end of hot July and Kalins sent Jerod out right away to try to repair but the unit was too old. The next day Jeremy from Kalins helped us figure out the best unit that eould fit our needs. He also sent out a portable air conditioner to help us get by in the relentless July/August heat until parts arrived. One week later Nick and Anthony spent around 7 hours in 93 degree heat plus this ridiculous Iowa humidity installing a new unit for us and we are so thankful. Those two men worked continuously, were so professional, and polite. They definetely deserve a raise. This was not an easy job. We were impressed with the whole staff that helped us. Thank you all.
