Kalins have been servicing my home central air, heat pump and A/C system for decades. I have a service contract with them. The technician Tyler arrived promptly on the time scheduled, cleaned out the system, and did a thorough servicing. There was not anything found amiss and everything was within range. Tyler followed through informing me that the humidity was a little high inside the house - but he told me I could keep it at my comfortable levels. He was courteous, clean , knowledgeable, and professional! He left me literature on possible accessories I could add to enhance the system at my convenience. He also cleaned out the heat pump. I have a standing service contract with Kalins, and the outfit is flexible in scheduling to suit my convenience. I would certainly recommend them and their expertise. Peace ☮️.

The heat index is offensive today and I realized late this afternoon our a/c wasn't working. We called expecting them not to be able to make it out today but the tech was here within 2 hours only because he had one job ahead of us. Bill got right to work and had us up and running again in less than an hour. We're in the middle of remodeling and had a new furnace and a/c installed. They did a great job accommodating our needs with location of piping, etc. Everyone we've dealt with has been courteous and professional. We received quotes from many different companies and I felt Kalins was the best quality for the money and I also felt most comfortable with their choice of equipment for our home. There was a very minor mistake with the amount we were quoted for a rebate but they rectified right away.
