Rick, Anthony, Kellen, Jeremy, Adam and Ryan, we want to say that the whole team of workers was impressive. They were always professional, they worked well together and always willing to help each other even kidding around like co workers should that enjoy their jobs. They were pleasant and patient, willing to answer my questions and stopping to explain things to me. They cleaned up after themselves like they said they would and when they left u wouldn’t have ever have known there were that many men here putting in a new furnace/ac unit. One of the workers, possibly Adam, even stopped to help me unload my new grill from the back of my vehicle. Having no knowledge of Kalin’s business it seems to us you went the extra mile and saved us a lot of money to not have to put in new wells because u solved the issue with the lines and now it is working. We had heard that Kalin’s was going to so much more expensive than other places and that did not turn out to be the case. For all the named workers that were here (and we hope we didn’t leave anyone out) if u r giving them bonuses this crew deserves double. They are well worth it and are very deserving of it Bruce and they are an asset to your company. Also Bruce, thank you for taking my calls whenever I needed to talk to you and tell everyone thank you very much! We r very satisfied with our experience with Kalin’s and would use them again in a heartbeat!
