    Today was my first experience having Aaron. He came out not only to service my furnace, but I was having an issue with my airwave or at least I think that's what it's called. It's the humidifier that's hooked in my furnace, so he came a week earlier than scheduled. He put in a new filter, fine-tuned the process and taught me a little bit about all the buttons that are on my controller. He was super helpful. Cleaned everything thoroughly, Blew the lines out, And as they say my furnace should now purr like a kitten. I especially like it when my maintenance guys are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and are happy to share information with me. Great job Aaron! Thanks so much!
