The heat index is offensive today and I realized late this afternoon our a/c wasn't working. We called expecting them not to be able to make it out today but the tech was here within 2 hours only because he had one job ahead of us. Bill got right to work and had us up and running again in less than an hour. We purchased this unit from Kalins and have had nothing but stellar service from them always, from the install to purchasing filters, maintenance and service calls.

We're in the middle of remodeling and had a new furnace and a/c installed. They did a great job accommodating our needs with location of piping, etc. Everyone we've dealt with has been courteous and professional. We received quotes from many different companies and I felt Kalins was the best quality for the money and I also felt most comfortable with their choice of equipment for our home. There was a very minor mistake with the amount we were quoted for a rebate but they rectified right away.

Mikah N's the Technician that came & performed our Central Air conditioning unit this time. It's part of the 2x a year Comfort Club maintenance that we've signed up with Kalin's for awhile now.
