Did my annual fireplace service today with Mikah. He called before he arrived to make sure it was still ok on the appointment. He arrived and did a great job cleaning up the unit and making sure all the gas pressures and burners were working. He also made sure that nothing got onto the carpet. Very engaging in conversation and truly did a great Job. Thank you
