Our Air Conditioner quit working on a Friday sometime in the late afternoon. By the time I realized it was not working, Kalins was closed. I called Kalins and a robot answered and took my information. I was skeptical about any results using a robot call but Bill, the Kalins tech on call for the weekend called me promptly. Bill came out, found the problem right away and had the AC up and running again in no time. Great service! Will and Brady did a good job installing my mom’s new heater and air conditioner. They were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They walked us through how everything works and explained any changes they made to the ducts and coolant lines. They also laid down drop cloths to keep things clean, which we really appreciated. There was a mix-up with some of the ductwork, but they handled it promptly and made sure it was corrected. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the installation and the care they took throughout the process.
