After maint check on system , Kalins tech found Freon leak in A coil, unit under warranty , A coil for our unit no longer made. Kalins worked with Lennox Co. to honor warranty, required new indoor and outdoor unit. We were required to pay labor and small equipment charge, much less than full cost of new system, very thankful for Kalins efforts to help us hold costs down. Three man crew came out on 7-1-26 and replaced units, very efficient crew, also kept area clean removed all debris.Explained new system to us, we are happy with the results. Again Kalins worked hard with Lennox Co. to honor warranty and give us a quick installation. If anyone is in need of upgrade or repairs , please call Kalins for a quote.
