We were on the maintence plan which is a set nonthly payment. This maintence visit was totally covered only charge was for new filter.. Joel the tech was very efficient and did the check up and easy to communicate with. Kalins has been our HVAC servicer for over 20 years.

Needed to have the gas fireplace looked at. Kalins came to our home and walked through a few things before finding that the ignition control was bad. The tech was VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. The, gave me an estimate for the part I only paid for the diagnostic service. Unfortunately the part price seemed high to me. But Kalins and the tech did a great job!

Danny & Brody did a great job installing our new Lennox heat pump & gas furnace. Then Brody & Chris came back a few days later and installed a new part that fixed the error message on our new S40 thermostat that came with the system. Then Aaron and apprentice Jordan came and added more refrigerant and explained how the new heat pump system works and what I should expect. All were friendly and very knowledgeable. My wife and I are looking forward to years of trouble free comfort. Thank you also to Evan for selling us a fine system.
Ryan did an exceptional job of systematically troubleshooting our heat pump issue today. Determined the faulty part and got it ordered quickly. Thank you Ryan for a job well done. You are a credit to your industry.
After the heat pump suction line sensor came in Ryan and Aaron installed it and thoroughly checked it and made sure everything was working normally. Still under warranty. As usual their knowledge and experience are second to none and my wife and I appreciate their courtesy and expertise. Job well done again!!
