The whole Kalins team was great to work with from my initial call to schedule maintenance to the install of a whole new furnace/AC unit. Bill was the first one to come check it out, he was super friendly and offered great support. He suggested Josh to come out and give me quotes on a new unit and he explained all of the unit and financial options, he was great to work with. Then Nick and Luke were here for the install and were awesome, they walked me through the similarities and differences between my old unit and the new one and what to expect. They showed me how to work the new thermostat and were nice guys to work with and have in my home. All the guys were very nice and respectful through out the process and id highly recommend this crew and Kalins to anyone needing heating and cooling services!
