I woke up to a cold house New Years Day. Furnice was not running. Called Kalins and Mikah Nettelton arrived shortly after, like 25-30 minutes. He is a nice young man, professional and respectful. He even wore shoe coverings after I said he didn't need to. He did it because it's company policy, so he can be trusted to do the right thing even when not supervised. Mikah checked the system over and got it running quickly. Yeah..heat! He was thourough with explaining the charges and offered plans to save money with future repairs. I am one satisfied customer.
