I was gone on vacation when my mom told me the AC quit working. I called Kalins during a storm while stuck on an island with reception in and out. They were so patient with the callbacks! They came to assess my AC and told me I would need a unit. That was a bummer, but then they brought a portable AC unit so my mom would be comfortable until I could get an assessment for a new unit and install done. That was above and beyond for my mom who was babysitting my puppy. I haven't even bought the new unit yet, but I'm always impressed with their service!
