Fernando Franco serviced our gas fireplace which has not worked for sometime. Fernando arrived at the time he said he would and went straight to work on the fireplace. He is extremely knowledgeable and educated regarding the system and it was obvious he has years of experience in dealing with gas fireplaces. Fernando identified the problem immediately and set to work reestablishing and connections and fixing the problem. He also took time to make sure the entire system was safe for operation.
