Very nice young man, polite, informative as well. Told us that our newly updated breaker box didn't have the connection hook up properly connected for our unit. Our electrician came immediately and took care of it while Mr. Smith was doing the paperwork, SO after the electrician finished Smith said he'd finish checking out the unit. Perfect timing 👌 HAPPY DAY 😊
