Heating Systems

We understand that no other single system in your home plays a larger role in your comfort or how much your utility bill will be than your heating system. That's why we specialize in comfortable, cost-effective heating solutions, including furnaces and heat pumps. We also provide annual maintenance agreements and assess your heating system to evaluate its energy-efficiency.

Air Conditioning/Heat Pumps

We can help you maintain and repair the system you have, or replace it completely. As factory-trained technicians, we can provide routine periodic inspections, licensed warranty and post-warranty repairs, and immediate emergency response.

Prevention/Service Agreements

To save on utility bills and service calls, we urge you to take a preventive approach to heating and cooling. All of your heating and cooling systems should be included in a regular inspection and maintenance schedule.

We offer service agreements customizable for each customer’s individual needs.

Whole House Diagnostics

We can find out if your home’s air is polluted with a simple, easy third-party diagnostic test called the AirAdvice Indoor Air Analysis^™. You’ll get a full-color report that lets you “see” what’s in your home’s air. The report also suggests ways to solve your indoor air problems.

We also offer a computerized Infiltrometer to evaluate the fresh air exchange and thermal efficiency of your entire home. Our technician will then take the time to show you any problems found, and if requested will provide an estimate for any recommended repairs.

Air Quality

Indoor air pollution can actually be worse for you than outdoor pollution! We can help supply and install air purifiers, humidifiers, and air to air heat exchangers.

Residential Generators

A standby generator provides power to a whole home or essential areas of a home during extended electrical outage. The generator monitors power for interruption and starts whether you’re at home or away. The electrical load runs off the generator until utility power is restored. When there is a utility outage, life does not have to be put on hold!

The Unico System

The Unico System can be used to cool or heat homes or buildings that have no ductwork, inadequate ductwork or little space; or in any application where superior indoor comfort is desired. The Unico System adapts perfectly to any type of residential setting such as homes, condominiums, or apartments. It also adapts to many commercial and industrial applications. It offers a mini-duct system where air is distributed through small 2-inch flexible ducts that fit almost anywhere.

Ductless Split Systems

Ductless split systems provide zoned comfort for residential and commercial applications. Engineered to install quickly and easily without ductwork, these systems provide heating and cooling solutions where others can not.

Geothermal Systems

Geothermal energy is being used mostly to provide energy to ground source heat pumps, also called geothermal heat pumps. These heat pumps get heat from the ground during winter and put heat back into the ground during summer. You can have a geothermal system installed for your home so you won't have to use conventional air-source heat pumps that take too much energy.

Residential geothermal systems are great for those who want to conserve energy and save some money in the process. Although the initial cost of installing a residential geothermal system is greater than that of conventional heating systems, you'll still save much as time goes by. This is because a geothermal system uses less energy than conventional heating systems.
